This is an absolutely stunning record from Þ, I am quite lost for words here. Elegiac acoustic songwriting collides with field recordings, and a sensibility so incisive and it sends real shivers up my spine. As if the elegance and virtuosity weren't enough, this brilliant set concludes with what must be a world-first, an acoustic cover of one of the most moving and emotive of American tracks from the mid 80s, 'Three Nights' by Black Flag.
